Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to establish the conditions for using Hwadamsup and its website (hwadamsup.com), and to define the rights, duties, liabilities, and other necessary matters between the “User” and Hwadamsup.

Article 2 (Effectiveness of the Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions become effective when they are posted on the Hwadamsup website or announced to members via email or other means.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used herein are as follows

1. “User” refers to any individual who receives the services provided by Hwadamsup and its website under these Terms and Conditions.

2. “Website” means the Hwadamsup website (hwadamsup.com).

3. “Fraudulent Ticket” denotes a “ticket” for Hwadamsup that is resold for monetary gain outside the official Hwadamsup ticket booths or website, or transacted through third-party purchase services.

Article 4 (Specification and Amendment of the Terms and Conditions)

1. Hwadamsup shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, along with its trade name, the name of its representative, the address of its place of business (including the address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and the name of the person responsible for personal data management, on the initial service screen (or front page) of its “Website” so that “Users” can readily access this information. However, the content of the Terms and Conditions may also be made available to “Users” via a linked screen.

2. Before the “User” agrees to these Terms and Conditions, Hwadamsup shall provide a separate linked or pop-up screen that explains key details, such as cancellation rights and refund conditions, in a manner that is easy to understand.

3. Hwadamsup shall provide its services on the condition that the “User” agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Once consent is given, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any actions related to service provision by Hwadamsup or service use by the “User.”

4. These Terms and Conditions may be amended within the limits that do not violate related laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signatures Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., the Framework Act on Consumers, and the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, among others.

5. Should Hwadamsup amend these Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment and will post both the current and revised Terms and Conditions on the home screen of the “website” or in the notices at least seven days prior to the effective date, up until the day before the amendment takes effect.

6. Any amended Terms and Conditions shall apply only to “service contracts” entered into after the effective date; “service contracts” concluded before the amendment shall remain governed by the previous Terms and Conditions.

Article 5 (Governing Principles of the Terms and Conditions)

1. These Terms and Conditions are applied together with the usage regulations and any separate policies pertaining to the services provided by Hwadamsup.

2. Any matters not specified herein or interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the consumer protection guidelines for electronic commerce and related laws established by the government.

Article 6 (Obligations of the “User”)

1. Prohibition against providing false information during application or modification.

2. Prohibition against the misappropriation of another’s information.

3. Prohibition against infringing on the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the “website” or any third party

4. Prohibition against any actions that may tarnish the reputation or disrupt the operations of “Hwadamsup” or any other third party

Article 7 (Copyright Ownership and Usage Restrictions)

1. All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights in works created and displayed by Hwadamsup are owned by “Hwadamsup.”

2. “Users” shall not, without prior approval from Hwadamsup, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use whether for profit or to allow third party usage any information obtained from Hwadamsup that is subject to intellectual property rights owned by “Hwadamsup.”

Article 8 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any disputes between “Hwadamsup” and “Users” shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. Any litigation arising from the use of Hwadamsup between “Hwadamsup” and “Users” shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court or, alternatively, the competent court according to the “User’s” domicile, as mutually agreed upon.

Supplementary Provision (Effective Date)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on Mar 1, 2025.
